Reiki & Energy Healing

They are related but distinct energy-healing lineages Andrew is trained across. Rather than picking one in advance, a session draws on whichever combination feels appropriate to what you bring, moving through the chakra system as the session unfolds.

Distance healing, delivered over Zoom or phone, is offered as a distinct format that has supported clients across the UK, Europe and beyond. It follows the same consultation-session-debrief structure as an in-person appointment, just without needing to be in the same room.

People come with fatigue, stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, emotional overwhelm, muscular pain and headaches, soft-tissue recovery, and immunity and inflammation. Every session begins with a consultation so the work is oriented to what you actually need.

No special preparation is required. Come as you are — the initial consultation is where anything specific to your situation is discussed before the energy work begins.

A standalone Reiki & Energy Healing session is built around Reiki, Ashati, Seichem and Golden Dragon energy work without the shamanic elements. Shamanic healing draws specifically on Andrew’s Tabaquero training in Peru — icaros, drumming, smoke-clearing, rapéh and chakapa — with Reiki woven through rather than being the main modality. It varies by person and by what you’re working with — some people come for a single session around a specific issue, others build it into an ongoing rhythm. There’s no fixed protocol; this is discussed as part of your consultation.
