Sound, meditation and energy, combined

This is a two-hour group journey featuring guided meditation and a combined sound and energy healing. The sound layer is built around crystal singing bowls tuned to the earth frequency of 432Hz, alongside other instruments, and is woven together with a blend of Reiki, Ashati and other energy-healing modalities Andrew is trained in. Rather than a single technique delivered in isolation, the session moves between guided stillness, sound and hands-on-adjacent energy work over the full two hours.

What a session feels like

You arrive, settle in — most people lie down — and the session opens with a short guided meditation to bring attention out of the day and into the body. From there the sound work takes over: bowls, tone and resonance washing through the room while Andrew moves through the group offering Reiki and Ashati energy work. There is no performance to keep up with and nothing you need to "do" correctly. The most common feedback is a sense of having properly switched off, often for the first time in a while.

Who it is for

No prior meditation experience is necessary. People come to lie back, settle the nervous system and let the sound and energy work do what conversation and thinking usually cannot — a gentle, receptive counterpoint to the more active shamanic and ceremony work Andrew also holds. It suits people newly curious about this kind of work as much as those who already have a regular practice.

Sessions are held at La Tierra Curativa, Andrew's permaculture property at Ourimbah on the Central Coast NSW — if you've been searching for sound healing near you on the Central Coast, this is the ongoing group format. Sound and meditation healing is offered as a steady, ongoing group format, not the primary focus of Andrew's current work — his deeper individual and ceremony offerings remain the core of the practice.
