Often we sabotage our own efforts to achieve our goals - we need someone to keep us accountable or we feel we have a block we can’t move past, and this is where coaching really shines.
The first step is to get clear on your vision and goals, then breaking them down into managable peices and developing a plan to achieve them. It typically takes a month to implement good habits, and this is the minimum timeframe to start to see progress towards your goal.
