Everyone can learn to feel energy, to become more sensitive to the different energies around and within us. However it can take years of dedicated meditation and practise to learn to feel and effectively direct these energies.

What to expect during an activation

An activation, or attunement, is when your energy of the system you’re working with is fused with your own energy body. How you experience this process will depend on how you perceive energy with your psychic senses, usually with one or two senses being dominant. If you’re a visual person, you may visions of energy coming in waves of light towards you. If you’re a kinesthetic person, you may feel strong vibrations, heat or tingling. Auditory people may hear the crackling of energy, or words from guides. It’s also possible to smell or taste energy, but these are much more rare. These energies tend to come in waves, and each activation is different, both in feel and where it interacts with your body. They usually leave you feeling energised and calm.

What to expect after an activation

This is the hard part – integrating these new energies. Things that are no longer in resonance with your new energetic body will suddenly come strongly into your awareness, with intense emotional content. They can be so intense that all you want to do is hide away, curl up in a ball and cry. Now is the time to process and release these negative patterns, beliefs and emotions that no longer serve you. And those emotions won’t go away until you do. This period generally lasts for between 3 to 10 days, after which the intensity will lesson.

You will often also feel quite physically tired for a few days while your physical body is upgraded to match your new energetic frequency.

Now comes the fun part. You’ll find yourself becoming much more sensitive to energy and your psychic gifts will start to open up. You might make contact with new guides, or learn new knowledge. You’ll be able to channel more and stronger energies into whatever you desire. Some people will even start to respond to your new energy.

Coaching

The integration process is tough. If you’ve never had one, you won’t believe me when I say this. I’ve said the same thing to every student, and after the first integration they tell me that now they understand. Contact anyone who has done Reiki 1 or similar and ask them.

This is one area where coaching helps greatly. When you’re going through these big shifts, you’re stuck inside the emotions, beliefs and patterns. It’s very difficult to step outside yourself and analyse what’s going on – to see the root cause of all these powerful negative emotions. Talking with someone who has been through the same thing is immensely powerful, and I can help you identify the root causes of your beliefs and shift them. I’ve also done a lot of energetic and spiritual work, and I’ve learnt lots of tips and techniques along the way. I can show how you to protect your own energy – how to not feel overwhelmed by other people’s energy, and also not to absorb other people’s energy which can make you sick. And I can help you develop and use your newfound skills.

Coaching sessions are $120 for an hour, or you can buy them with the energy activations for much better value packages:

Package 1

This package includes one coaching session after each activation. In it, I cover what has come up in the integration itself, along with techniques to help protect yourself and how to better utilise and develop your energetic gifts. As there are only three coaching sessions in total for this package, we may not get to cover all of your blocks and patterns that come up with the activations or all the energetic techniques I teach (which is why I recommend package 2 below).

Each energy system is $395, and the value of three hours of coaching is $360, for a total value of $755. But you can buy them both for just one upfront payment $700 (a saving of $55), or nine weekly payments of $80.

Package 2

I highly recommend two coaching sessions after each activation – one a few days after the activation, and another in a week or so. The first session is more focussed on processing what’s coming up, while the second is more around techniques to help protect yourself and how to better utilise and develop your energetic gifts.

Each energy system is $395, and the value of six hours of coaching is $720, for a total value of $1,115. But you can buy them both for just one upfront payment $900 (a saving of $215), or nine weekly payments of $105.

Package 3

This is the same as the above, but with an additional half hour energy healing at the beginning of each coaching session. Why an energy healing? Because it helps so much with the integration. This makes is so much easier to shift what’s coming up, as well as takes away the fatigue you generally feel after an activation. Once you understand how touch the integration period can be, you’ll then be amazed at how much these healings can help. This package contains $1,080 worth of value for the coaching and healings, plus the energy activations, for a total value of $1,575. You can purchase this package for a one upfront payment of $1100 (a saving of $475), or weekly payments of $125

Not sure where to start?

If you're interested more in self-development and spiritual evolution, start with Ashati. If you're more interested in hands on healing work, start with Reiki. Both will take you through healing on a deep level. While the other energies are powerful on their own, they are more complimentary in nature and better undertaken after Ashati and Reiki, unless you're drawn to one in particular. You can also learn multiple energy systems at the same time, just be sure to leave a gap of three to five days between any activation while you integrate each new energy as they can be emotionally difficult and physically draining.
